Any opinions left on the Website by gift and Co. customers are screened and moderated by Gift and Co. . If the comments infringe on the law or are inappropriate (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, out of context commentary…), Gift and Co. reserves the right to refuse or modify it.
Dispute Resolution
Any and all disputes arising out of any transaction betweenGift and Co and a Customer will be exclusively governed by Greek substantive law and resolved in arbitration by three (3) arbitrators appointed from the Greek Chamber of Commerce. Gift and Co and the Customer will appoint each one arbitrator. The two arbitrators will appoint the third.
